摘　　要：针对当前全球经济持续低迷,经济全球化的不确定性因素增加之际,有人对金砖国家的合作发展产生质疑,有"金砖褪色"的论调。为此进行了分析研究,从专利的角度,对印度的专利法修改、印度在华专利申请的类型、行业等进行统计,并对其优势行业深入分析,认为金砖国家仍然具有巨大的合作空间和发展前景,同时也为我国企业了解印度在华投资方向,及时研究对应策略提供参考。Currently,global economy depressed continuously,together with the increasing uncertainty of economic globalization,there is a point of view saying that the BRICS is faded to question the cooperation and development of BRICS.From the angle of patent,we examine the patent law revision in India,types and sectors of Indian patent application in China,and deeply analyze its advanced sectors.The conclusion is that,there are still broad cooperation spaces and development prospects among BRICS.This paper is also helpful for Chinese enterprises to be aware of the main direction of Indian investment so as for them to study and adopt coping strategy.
