摘 要:进行织物增强混凝土(TRC)加固锈蚀钢筋混凝土(RC)柱耐久性研究,设计15根RC柱,采用通电加速腐蚀试验研究氯离子侵蚀环境中钢筋锈蚀率、织物网层数对试件力学性能的影响。研究表明:TRC加固RC柱的破坏形态和延性得到改善;钢筋锈蚀率较低时加固柱的极限荷载有所提高,承载力提高幅度达15.5%;织物网层数的增加,TRC约束效果明显提高,承载力提高幅度最高可达26.56%。二次腐蚀后,加固柱的极限荷载呈下降趋势;与未腐蚀试件相比,2层织物网加固试件承载力相当,延性增加。研究结果表明TRC加固能够增加混凝土柱的有效约束和耐腐蚀性能的提升。This paper studies the durability of the corroded reinforced concrete (RC) columns strengthened by textile reinforced concrete (TRC). 15 RC columns which were accelerated corrosion by electric were used to in-vestigate the influence of rebar corrosion rate and the number of fabric plies on the mechanical properties. The results show that the failure shape and ductility of RC columns strengthened by TRC are improved; the less the steel corrosion rate is, the better the bearing capacity of reinforced columns will be, and the capacity will in-crease by 15.5%. With the increase of the number of fabric plies, the confined effect of TRC is obviously raised, and the bearing capacity of column will be raised to 26.56%. After the second corrosion, the ultimate loads of re-inforced columns tend to decrease, and compared with the uncorroded specimens, the bearing capacity of two- layer TRC strengthened RC columns is equal to that of the uncorroded specimens, and the ductility increases. The results show that TRC reinforcement can improve the effective confinement and corrosion resistance of the RC Structure.
