摘 要:针对PE纤维掺量对水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响,开展不同PE纤维掺量下水泥基复合材料的抗压强度、抗折强度、弯曲韧性、直接拉伸性能的试验研究,分析PE纤维水泥基复合材料的开裂模式,通过环境扫描电镜观察和分析薄板弯曲试验中PE纤维的破坏模式。研究表明,不大于2%的PE纤维掺量对水泥基复合材料的抗压强度没有明显改变;当PE纤维掺量大于1%后,PE纤维水泥基复合材料薄板在弯曲荷载作用下表现出极强的韧性特征和变形能力;当纤维掺量大于1.5%时,在直接拉伸荷载作用下PE纤维水泥基复合材料表现出显著的应变硬化特征,并且呈现多缝开裂的稳态破坏模式.The compressive strength,flexural strength,bending toughness and uniaxial tensile tests were performed under different content of PE fiber in order to analyze the effect of the content of PE fiber on the mechanical behaviors of PE fiber cementitious composites.The cracking modes of PE fiber cementitious composites were analyzed.The failure modes of PE fiber in the bending tests were observed and analyzed by environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM).Results show that the compressive strength of cementitious composites is not significantly changed with adding PE fiber volume content less than 2%.When PE fiber volume content is beyond 1%,PE fiber cementitious composite shows extreme toughness and deformation capacity under flexural load.When PE fiber volume content is beyond 1.5%,PE fiber cementitious composites show obvious strain hardening properties and the multiple cracking failure modes under the uniaxial tensile loading.
