摘 要:对开花期的野生型ZH11及其耐热型突变体hst进行40℃的高温处理,测定其花药及花粉粒性状,探讨高温对开花期雄性生殖器官的影响,以期明确突变体hst的耐热机理。结果显示,高温处理条件下,两品系水稻的花药及花粉粒性状均受到不同程度的影响,表现为花药开裂程度、花粉粒活性、柱头上花粉数均下降,花粉粒直径增加,但耐热型突变体hst所受影响显著小于野生型ZH11。在高温处理条件下,耐热型突变体hst具有较好的花粉粒散落特性和花粉粒活性,这可能是该品系开花期耐高性的关键因素。In order to ascertain the effects mechanism of high temperature stress on floral-male reproductive organs of rice, we researched the influence of high temperature stress (40℃ ) on anther and pollen grain characteristics using the Japonica rice (ZHll) and the high temperature resistant mutant hst. The results showed that under high temperature condition, the anther and pollen grains of the two lines were affected by different degrees, showing that the degree of anther cracking, the pollen activity, the number of pollen on the stigma decreased, while the diameter of the pollen grains increased. Under high temperature condition, the mutant hst can maintain good pollen scattering character and pollen germination character, which might be the key factor of hi qh temperature resistance of this line at flowerine period.
