摘  要:采用正交试验的方式对棕榈纤维双氧水漂白工艺进行最优方案筛选,并对漂白后的纤维强力和白度进行测试,对棕榈纤维漂白前后的结构进行对比。结果表明:硅酸钠的用量和处理温度对纤维的白度和强力影响较大,当双氧水用量为4.5%、硅酸钠用量为0.35%、JFC用量为3%、处理温度为95℃、处理时间为50 min时,棕榈纤维的白度最好,强力及失重率损失最小。红外谱图表明:纤维的亲水性基团数量增多,亲水性增加;XRD图谱表明:处理前后棕榈纤维的结晶度变化不大,这说明漂白处理对棕榈纤维的性能影响较少,漂白效果较好。The optimum scheme of hydrogen peroxide bleaching for palm fiber was selected by the orthogonal test, and the strength and whiteness of bleached palm fibers were measured. The structures of palm fiber before and after bleaching were compared. The results showed that the amount of sodium silicate and the treatment temperature have great influence on the whiteness and the fibers strength. The bleached palm fiber presents superior whiteness and minimal damage on strength and weight loss when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and JFC are 4.5% and 3%, the treatment temperature is 95 ℃, and the treatment time is 50 min. IR spectra demonstrated the increasement of fibers hydrophilic groups number, which implied the improvement of hydrophily. XRD spectrum showed that the degree of palm fiber crystallization before and after treatment changed slightly, which indicated the bleaching had no obvious effects on the palm fiber performances and it is an effective process.
