摘　　要：采用HA型高耐碱分散染料,在碱性条件下,完成涤锦超细纤维开纤(碱减量)涤纶一浴法染色,实现涤/锦超细纤维珊瑚绒产品染整加工的短流程新工艺,达到节能减排、降低生产成本的目的。Using HA series high alkali-resistance disperse dyestuff, the polyester/polyamide microfiber is able to complete opening（alkali reduction） and dyeing through one alkaline bath. This method realizes short process and new technology of the polyester/polyamide microfiber coral fleece dyeing and finishing process. Meanwhile, it also achieves the purpose of energy-saving, emission reduction and lower production cost.
