摘 要:本文针对城市轨道交通列车尚未实现在途轴承温度的动态和定量化监测的问题,提出了基于LabVIEW的上位机与基于单片机的下位机结合的城市轨道交通列车轴温监测系统。列车运行时,下位机实时采集轴承温度数据;列车进站后,将数据传输给上位机。上位机实现温度数据的接收、实时显示温度数据、温度分级报警、数据存储、历史数据查询等功能。For the problem of the dynamic and quantitative monitoring of the in-transit bearing temperature of urban rail transit train which has not been realized, this article proposes a urban rail transit train bearing temperature monitoring system which is a combination of the upper computer based on LabVIEW and the lower computer based on single-chip microcomputer. When the train runs, the lower computer gathers the bearing temperature data in real time. After the train arrives at the station, the data will be transferred to the upper computer. The function of the upper computer are receiving the bearing temperature data, displaying the bearing temperature data real-timely, alarming the bearing temperature in hierarchical, storing the bearing temperature, querying historical bearing temperature.
