摘　　要：分析混凝土振动器用变频机组的碳刷结构及其存在问题,设计一种碳刷自动补偿装置,有效提高产品使用寿命。By analyzing the carbon brush structure of the frequency converter for concrete vibrator, this paper points out the defects of this structure, and designs a new carbon brush structure with automatic compensation device, greatly prolonging the service life of product, and finally passed verification.
