摘  要:针对电池包内电芯正常工作温度范围限制问题,思考并设计一种电池包充、放电温度调节装置,利用半导体制冷片的双向温度功能,加上风扇、风路导向板、热收缩管等部件,同时,将电池包上、下盖设计成散热和加温两个独立风路导向结构,结合电芯温度的多段检测及半导体制冷片双向温度调节功能和风扇的控制,实现电池包在超出正常工作温度范围时进行正常充、放电工作。This paper introduces a design of temperature regulating device for battery pack charging and discharging focusing on the normal working temperature range limitation of the cell.This design features the two-way temperature function using the semiconductor refrigeration chip, and the fan, wind path guiding plate, heat shrinkable tubes and other components, while the upper and lower cover of the battery pack being designed with two independent air guide structure for cooling and heating, combined with the temperature detection of the cell and the control of the bidirectional temperature regulating to semiconductor refrigeration chip and the fan, which achieves the pack charging and discharging beyond the normal working temperature range.
