克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针治疗大龄儿童桡骨远端骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针治疗大龄儿童桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法 36例桡骨远端骨折患儿均采用克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针固定,并对疗效进行分析评价.结果本组36例患儿均随访,平均随访时间为10个月,随访结果:伤肢外观无瘢痕及畸形,骨折骨性愈合,腕关节功能完全恢复.结论克氏针撬拨复位经皮穿针治疗大龄儿童桡骨远端骨折损伤小,复位佳,固定可靠,疗效显著.Objective The aim of this study was to determine the effect of percutaneous reduction by leverage with Kirschner Wire （ K-wire） in distal radius metaphyseal fractures in children. Method 36 cases with distal radius metaphyseal fractures were included. K-wire fixation was performed after percutaneous reduction by leverage. The clinical effects were analyzed and evaluated. Results All the 36 patients were followed up and the average follow-up time was 10 months. The follow-up results showed that there was little cicatrix on the skin and no limb deformity,the fractures healed by the first intention,and the functions of the wrists recovered completely. Conclusion With the percutaneous reduction by leverage with Kirschner Wire in distal radius metaphyseal fractures in children, the injury of distal radius metaphyseal fractures is mild, the restoration is better and the fixation is reliable,with a significant curative effect.
