摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠患者保守疗法中应用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的效果。方法:收治异位妊娠患者93例,分为A组和B组。A组采用米非司酮治疗,B组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:B组临床指标、治疗总有效率和不良事件发生率均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论:在异位妊娠患者保守疗法中应用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：93 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was treated with mifepristone,and the B group was treated with mifepristone combined methotrexate.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results：In the B group,the clinical parameters,the total effective rate and the adverse events rate were significantly better than those in the A group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy was significant.
