中上胸椎骨折脱位合并脊髓不完全性损伤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中上胸椎骨折脱位合并脊髓不完全性损伤患者的手术治疗方法和临床疗效。方法:收治中上胸椎骨折脱位合并脊髓不完全性损伤患者26例,采用后路减压植骨融合,长节段椎弓根内固定手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合。治疗后,Cobb角均明显矫正,椎体高度丢失参数、ASIA神经损伤评分等级均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:后路减压植骨融合,长节段椎弓根内固定手术治疗中上胸椎骨折脱位合并脊髓不完全性损伤患者的临床疗效较好。Objective：To explore the surgical treatment and clinical efficacy of patients with middle and upper thoracic fracture dislocation complicated with incomplete spinal cord injury.Methods：26 patients with middle and upper thoracic fracture dislocation complicated with incomplete spinal cord injury were selected.They were treated with posterior decompression and bone graft fusion and long segment radix arcus vertebrae internal fixation.We observed the treatment effect.Results：All incisions healed by first intention.After treatment,the vertebral height loss parameters,Cobb angle were all corrected,and the grade of ASIA nerve injury score was significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of posterior decompression and bone graft fusion and long segment radix arcus vertebrae internal fixation in the treatment of patients with middle and upper thoracic fracture dislocation complicated with incomplete spinal cord injury was better.
