手法辅助在防止肝癌患者PICC置管颈静脉异位中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手法辅助在防止肝癌患者PICC置管颈静脉异位中的效果。方法:收治PICC颈静脉置管肝癌患者89例,随机分为对照组44例(传统偏头阻断颈静脉)和观察组45例(手法辅助)。结果:观察组导管异位率、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肝癌患者PICC颈静脉置管中实施手法辅助,能预防导管异位、降低并发症发生率。Objective：To investigate the effect of manual manipulation in preventing PICC tube neck vein ectopia in patients with liver cancer.Methods：89 patients with PICC neck vein catheter liver cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into control group with 44 cases（traditional migraine blocking cervical vein） and 45 cases of the observation group（auxiliary technique）.Results：The ectopic rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Manipulation assisted with PICC jugular vein catheter in patients with liver cancer can prevent ectopic catheter and reduce the incidence of complications.
