地佐辛复合曲马朵在下腹部手术术后镇痛中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨地佐辛联合曲马朵在下腹部手术术后镇痛中的应用效果。方法:收治行下腹部手术治疗患者87例,分为观察组48例和对照组39例。对照组术后镇痛采用曲马朵复合舒芬太尼,观察组采用地佐辛复合曲马朵。结果:观察组相比对照组术后VAS评分、不良反应发生率及Ramsey评分都更低(P<0.05),观察组术后60 min生命体征指标相比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛复合曲马朵能有效减轻下腹部手术患者术后疼痛,减轻手术引起的生命体征变化。Objective：To investigate the application effect of dezocine combined with tramadol on postoperative analgesia after abdominal surgery.Methods：87 patients with lower abdominal surgery were selected.They were divided into the observation group with 48 cases and the control group with 39 cases.The control group were treated with tramadol combined with sufentanil analgesia after surgery.The observation group were treated with dezocine combined with tramadol.Results：Compared with the control group,the VAS score,postoperative adverse reaction rate and ramsey score of the observation group were lower（P〈0.05）,and the vital signs of the observation group after 60 min were better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dezocine combined with tramadol can relieve abdominal postoperative pain effectively,reduce the operation caused by the change of vital signs.
