百令胶囊联合依地酸钠钙治疗成人慢性铅中毒肾损伤的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨百令胶囊联合依地酸钠钙治疗成人慢性铅中毒肾损伤患者的可行性和意义。方法:收治成人慢性铅中毒肾损伤患者125例。对照组62例仅给予依地酸钠钙治疗,试验组63例给予百令胶囊联合依地酸钠钙治疗。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于试验组(P<0.05);和对照组相比,治疗后试验组的各评估指标明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合依地酸钠钙治疗成人慢性铅中毒肾损伤患者,能够明显提高治疗效果,促进肾功能恢复。Objective：To investigate the feasibility and significance of Bailing capsule combined with calcium disodium hyaluronate in the treatment of renal injury in adults with chronic lead poisoning.Methods：125 adult patients with chronic renal failure caused by lead poisoning were selected.The control group（62 cases） was treated with calcium disodium citrate only,and the experimental group（63 cases） was treated by bailing capsule combined with calcium disodium hyaluronate.Results：The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group（P〈0.05）;compared with the control group,the evaluation index of the experimental group decreased obviously（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bailing capsule combined with calcium disodium hyaluronate in the treatment of chronic renal failure caused by chronic renal lead poisoning can improve the therapeutic effect obviously and promote the recovery of renal function.
