摘　　要：目的:探讨重度肺高压患儿体外膜肺氧合支持治疗的监护措施及效果。方法:收治重度肺高压患儿10例,加强ECMO系统监护、循环功能监测、呼吸功能、营养护理和并发症的护理。结果:治疗前后BNP、cTnI、CKMB、乳酸、MAP、HR指标发生了较为显著的变化(P<0.05)。结论:加强ECMO系统监护、循环功能监测、呼吸功能、营养护理和并发症的护理,效果显著。Objective：To investigate the protective measures and effects of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in patients with severe pulmonary hypertension.Methods：10 patients with severe pulmonary hypertension were treated with ECMO system monitoring,circulatory function monitoring,respiratory function,nutritional nursing and complications nursing.Results：Before and after the treatment,BNP,cTnI,CKMB, lactic acid,MAP and HR indexes changed significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening ECMO system monitoring,circulatory function monitoring,respiratory function,nutrition nursing and complication nursing has remarkable effect.
