摘　　要：本文探讨规范化门诊接种留观管理和护理体会。科学、合理、流畅的管理制度和接种后护理,是阻止严重不良反应事件发生的有效手段。加强规范化门诊留观管理、护理角色充分运用及环境功能合理布局是避免接种不良事件发生后造成严重不良后果的重要措施。The management and nursing experience of children in standardized outpatient department were explored in this text.Scientific,rational and smooth management system and post inoculation care were effective measures to worsen the development of serious adverse events.Strengthening the standardized management of outpatient clinic,the full use of nursing role and the rational distribution of environmental functions are important measures to avoid the serious adverse consequences after the potential of AEFI.
