摘　　要：目的:探讨产前产后护理对初产妇母乳分泌及喂养的影响。方法:收治初产妇150例,一组产妇实施常规护理,另一组实施产前、产后护理。结果:常规护理组产妇在产后48~72 h分泌母乳的例数居多,常规护理组母乳喂养的产妇占52.00%(P<0.05)。结论:采用产前、产后护理,能够有效缩短初产妇的母乳分泌时间,极大地提高了产妇母乳喂养率。Objective：To investigate the influence of prenatal and postnatal care on breast milk secretion and feeding in primipara.Methods：150 cases of primipara were selected,one group received routine nursing care,and the other group received prenatal and postnatal care.Results：In routine care group, the number of women who secreted breast milk from 48 to 72h was in the majority,and 52% in the routine care group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using prenatal and postnatal care methods can shorten the maternal milk secretion time effectively,and improve the maternal breast-feeding rate greatly.
