摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在减少护理文件书写错误发生率中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,选定降低护理文件书写的错误率为主题,分析导致护理文件书写错误的原因,制定相应的活动计划及实施对策。结果:品管圈活动开展以后,护理文件书写错误率由47%降到10%。结论:品管圈在减少护理文件书写错误发生率中的应用效果显著。Objective：To explore the application effect of quality control circle in reducing the rate of writing errors in nursing documents.Methods：We set up a quality control circle group on the topic of reducing the rate of writing errors in nursing documents,analyzed the causes of nursing document writing errors,and drew up the corresponding activity plan and implement countermeasure.Results：After the application of quality control circle activities,the rate of writing errors in nursing documents dropped from 47% to 10%.Conclusion：The application effect of quality control circle in reducing the rate of writing errors in nursing documents was significant.
