摘 要:大型的半导钵研发制造和精密装备制造工厂需要高质量、高可靠性的它源供它,但由于静态UPS约容量大小、电压等级,抗冲击性等的局限性,很多精密制造型企业的发展受制于此,所以需要一种大容量、抗冲击、高效率的电源。本文提出了一种基于同步它动机-发电机原理的动态UPS不间断电源的设计方案,为大型电子高科技厂房,生产线以及精密装备制造行业制造所需的高可靠靠电源提供了理论依据,并研制了包括飞轮储能和蓄电池储能的动态UPS装置,通过案例分析能够发现该装置对电压暂降、短时中断有很好的抑制作用。Semiconductor R & D and manufacturing or precision equipment manufacturing plants all require high quality and high reliability power supply.However, due to the limitations of static UPS, such as capacity size, voltage level, impact resistance and so on, the development of many precision manufacturing enterprises is affected by this factor.So, a large capacity, impact resistance and high effeciency power supply is necessary.A design scheme of dynamic UPS uninterruptible power supply based on the principle of synchronous motor-generator is proposed in this paper.In this paper, a theoretical basis for large-scale high-tech electronic power plants, production lines and precision equipment manufacturing industry which requires high reliability power supply.A dynamic UPS device including flywheel energy storage and storage battery energy storage is developed, Through the case analysis, it can be found that the device has a good inhibitory effect on voltage sags and short interruptions.
