摘　　要：美国每年220万个治疗剂量的血小板输注,其中大部分是用于防止化疗后及干细胞移植后的血小板减少引起自发性出血。但预防性输注对预防和控制血小板减少症出血的效果仍不明确,其他因素（疾病、操作、药物、凝血等）对预防性输注止血效果的影响仍需研究,不同临床情况下血小板减少患者的预防性输注阈值需要设定。A large number of platelets is applied in American hospital every year,but there has been no relevant clinical transfusion guidelines.In 2015,the American Association of Blood Banks（AABB）organized experts from relevant transfusion fields（include classification methodology）to reviewed systematically and evaluated the published research literature in 1946to 2014,and put forward the six platelets transfusion recommendations according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment.We parse the six recommendations in this paper.
