摘 要:针对长期投运的锅炉机组再热汽温普遍偏低的问题,以循环流化床锅炉再热系统为研究范围,提出通过热力计算的方法分析再热系统的换热效果。分析表明:影响其屏式再热器换热效果的因素之一为燃用煤种的煤质情况,建议尽可能采用收到基低位发热量Qnet.ar接近设计煤种的燃料,以此减小煤质对炉内换热效果的影响。对低温再热器进行增加受热面积改造,可适当提高其出口蒸汽温度,考虑通过控制变量法分析热有效系数ψ,积灰系数ε,利用系数ζ的变化情况及其对低温再热器传热系数的影响。最后提出对机组尾部受热面热力计算分析的思路,为其优化运行提供有效建议。In view of the low reheat steam temperature generally occurred on the long-term operation unit, this paper proposed the calculation analysis of thermal transmission result on Reheating system, which based on the circulating fluidzed bed boiler. Analysis of the case unit shows that the coal quality of fuel is one of the factors that affect the heat transfer performance of platen reheater. In order to re- duce the effect of coal quality on heat transfer in the furnace, it is suggested that the net caloric value of the rule species is close to the design conditions as much as possible. The temperature of the outlet steam can be improved by increasing the heating area of the cold reheater. It is put forward to analyze the thermal effective coefficient, the ash accumulation coefficient, the variation of the utilization coeffi- cient and its influence on the heat transfer coefficient of the cold reheater, which through the variable controlling approach. Finally, the analysis thought about thermodynamic calculation on rear heat recov- cry surface was proposed to provide effective suggestions for optimizing operation.
