摘 要:为提高甜瓜杂交育种过程中优势组合的选配效率,以15份高代自交系甜瓜为材料,采用NC-Ⅱ(Incomplete diallel crossⅡ,不完全双列杂交)试验设计配制56个杂交组合,分析了7个甜瓜果实主要数量性状的配合力及遗传力。结果表明,W4各个性状一般配合力效应值较高,是综合性状比较优良的亲本,可作为甜瓜优良品种选育的骨干亲本材料。在特殊配合力效应值方面,W5×A2是比较优良的杂交组合。在遗传力分析中,果实中心及边缘糖度的广义和狭义遗传力均较小,其余均较高。试验结果可为甜瓜果实品质育种过程中杂交亲本材料的选择提供理论依据。To improve the efficiency of melon hybrid combinations, the combining ability and heritability for mainly characters of melon fruit was analyzed by 56 cross combinations which were made with15 melon inbred lines by the method of NC-Ⅱ. The results showed that the 7 characters of melon fiuit were significantly different between the crosses and that W4 showed the highest general combining ability effect value, which would be an excellent parent for breeding. And WSxA2 was the perfect hybrid combinations with the highest special combining ability. Among the 7 quantitative characters, the soluble sugar content at flesh center and edge showed the low broad- sense and narrow- sense heritability, and the others did the high value. Our results provided reliable basis for selection of the proper parental lines in cross breeding of melon.
