摘　　要：丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)级联信号通路是介导细胞反应的重要信号系统,是将细胞外信号从细胞表面传导至细胞内部,对多种细胞生长和有丝分裂作出反应。研究表明,MAPKs信号通路在疼痛信息传递过程中起到重要作用,临床和实验研究表明,针灸具有良好的镇痛作用,将从MAPKs信号通路角度阐述针灸镇痛机制。The mitogen activated protein kinase （MAPKs） signaling pathway is an important signaling cascade sys- tem mediated cell response, the extracellular signal conduction to the cell surface from the inside, on a variety of cell growth and mitotic response. Research shows that MAPKs signaling pathway plays an important role in the process of transmission of pain information in clinical and experimental studies, indicating that acupuncture and moxibustion have a good analgesia effect. This article elaborated the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia from MAPKs signaling pathway analysis.
