摘 要:目的:完善苍术药材的质量标准。方法:对10批茅苍术与10批北苍术药材,采用显微鉴别法、TLC法进行鉴别;并对其水分、杂质、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、重金属进行测定;采用HPLC法建立苍术药材的高效液相特征图谱及测定苍术素含量。结果:苍术药材粉末的显微鉴别与薄层鉴别特征显著。在高效液相特征图谱中,20批苍术检出4个主要共有特征峰,其相似度为0.93~0.98。苍术药材中苍术素含量测定在0.5~60 mg·L-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.999 1,n=13),平均加样回收率茅苍术为97.84%(1.62%),北苍术为98.63%(RSD为0.81%)。结论:本研究优化后的苍术药材质控方法符合中药质量控制的整体性、综合性及可适用性的要求,可用于苍术药材质量的综合评价。Objective: To improve the quality standard of Atractylodis Rhizoma. Methods: Microscopic features were studied based on the powder of both 10 batches of Atractylodes lancea ( Thunb. ) DC. and Atractylodes chirtensis ( DC. ) Koidz.. Water, foreign matter, total ash, acid insoluble ash, water - soluble extractive, 70% ethanol - soluble extrac- tive and heavy metals were all determined. The characteristic chromatogram of Atractylodis Rhizoma was established and the content of atractylodin was assayed all by HPLC. Results : Microscopic features of the powder and TLC identification of Atraetylodis Rhizoma were remarkable. Four peaks were clearly identified as main characteristic peaks in HPLC ehromat- ograms of 20 batches of Atractylodis Rhizoma, and their similarities were 0. 93 - 0. 98. The assay method of atractylodin showed that it was in a good linear range of 0. 5 -60 mg L-1(R2 =0. 999 1, n = 13). The average recovery forAtrac- tylodes lancea ( Thunb. ) DC. and Atractylodes chinensis ( DC. ) Koidz. was 97.84% ( RSD = 1.62% ), 98.63% ( RSD = 0. 81% ), respectively. Conclusion: This optimized quality control method can meet the requirement of integrity, com- prehesiveness and applicability in quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the established method can be used to evaluate the comprehensive quality of Atractylodis Rhizoma.
