摘 要:目的:从复杂性系统科学入手,寻找并解决制约中医诊疗决策信息集成可视化的难点问题。方法:将中医诊疗过程分层,并结合现代数据可视化技术为不同层次的诊疗过程选取可视化方法。结果:认为在中医诊疗决策信息的数学建模和集成可视化过程中,应将中医诊疗过程按其信息特点分为四诊收集、四诊合参和遣方用药3个层次,并选取了形式概念分析、粗糙集理论、人工神经网络等方法。结论:在中医诊疗信息可视化过程中,应重视其非线性、层次性和开放性特点,针对不同层次使用不同方法,为中医诊疗信息可视化过程提供新思路。Objective : The paper analyzed and solved the difficuhies restricting the visualization of TCM diagnosis and treatment from the theory of system complexity. Methods : We divided the procedure of TCM diagnosis and treatment with the knowledge of visualization and the theory of TCM. Results : The procedure of TCM diagnosis and treatment should be delaminated into three levels including the collection of four diagnostic methods, the correlation of all four examination and the description,choosing different visualization methods for different levels such as Formal Concept Analysis, Rough Set Theory and Artificial Neural Network. Conclusion : In the procedure of visualization, the feature of TCM such as open- ness, hierarchy and non - linear should be paid attention to, choosing different methods for different levels can offer new thoughts to the visualization research of TCM diagnosis and treatment.
