摘  要:目的:探讨注射用穿琥宁对化疗相关性血小板减少小鼠的治疗效果,为其药理的深入研究提供实验依据。方法:采用环磷酰胺首次大剂量200 mg/kg尾静脉注射,次日连续7 d以维持剂量60 mg/kg腹腔注射建立血小板减少模型,造模成功后给药,对比各组小鼠血小板、骨髓巨核细胞计数的情况,并进行分析。结果:与模型生理盐水组比较,对照甲泼尼龙组与实验穿琥宁组外周血小板计数的回升时间明显缩短(P<0.05),骨髓巨核细胞计数升高显著(P<0.05),实验穿琥宁组外周血小板数的回升速度、骨髓巨核细胞计数低于对照甲泼尼龙组(P<0.05)。结论:注射用穿琥宁可加快动物模型外周血小板计数的回升速度、提高骨髓巨核细胞计数,对化疗相关性血小板减少小鼠的治疗有效。Objective: To explore the curative effects of Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide Succinate for Injection on chemotherapy - related thromboeytopenia in mice with an aim to provide experimental foundation for in - depth pharmaco- logical investigation. Methods : 200 mg/kg large dosage of cyclophosphamide was first injected through tail vein and a dos- age of 60 mg/kg was sustained through intraperitoneal injection starting from the following day for 7 days to construct thrombocytopenia models. And drugs were administered after successful modeling, and the platelets of mice in each group, together with megakaryocyte count were compared and analyzed. Results: When compared with the model saline group, the control methylprednisolone group as well as the experiment Potassium Dehydroandrograpolide Suecinate group had remarkably shortened rise time of peripheral blood platelet count (P 〈 0.05 ), while significantly increased megakaryocyte count( P 〈0. 05). The rise time of peripheral blood platelet count and the megakaryocyte count in the ex- periment group were lower than those of the control methylprednisolone group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Potassium De- hydroandrograpolide Succinate for Injection accelerates the rise time of peripheral blood platelet count and increases the megakaryocyte count in the experiment group, and it is effective for treating chemotherapy - related thromboeytopenia in mice.
