摘  要:分子影像是在人或其他生物活体中,对细胞和分子水平上的生物学过程进行可视化、特征化和量化检测的显像技术。在泌尿系统疾病和肿瘤中,通过分子影像技术可以准确、无创评估分肾功能、鉴别尿路梗阻的性质;通过葡萄糖、胆碱、脂肪酸代谢显像,可以判断病变的性质,并对恶性肿瘤准确进行分期和再分期;通过对前列腺特异性膜抗原特异性结合配体进行核素标记,可以实现对生化复发的前列腺癌进行定位和定性诊断,而且核素靶向治疗对去势治疗抵抗性前列腺癌提供了具有前景的治疗方法;通过PET/MR的应用,结合MR成像软组织对比度高,实现多序列、多参数、多模态成像。分子影像为无创显示泌尿系统疾病功能和生化改变提供了不可替代的方法。Molecular imaging is an imaging technique that can visualize,characterize and quantify the biological processes at cellular and molecular levels in human or other living organisms.In the urinary system diseases and tumors,it can be used to assess the renal function,and identify the urinary tract obstruction accurately and noninvasively with molecular imaging techniques.With glucose,choline,fatty acid metabolism imaging,it can be differentiated the benign and malignant lesions,and given accurate staging and restaging of malignant tumors.When radionuclide was labeled with specific antigen prostate specific membrane binding ligand,it can be achieved on the localization and qualitative diagnosis of biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer,and targeted radionuclide therapy for castration resistant prostate cancer treatment.Also,it provides novel and promising methods in the prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment.With the application of PET/MR,it successfully achieves multi-sequence,multiparameter and multimodality imaging.Molecular imaging provides an alternative method for noninvasive displaying of functional and biochemical changes in urinary system diseases.
