摘　　要：胆囊结石是危害人类健康的常见、多发的良性疾病,是一个重要的公共卫生问题。笔者提出应以黄志强院士有关胆囊结石病的病理发展、治疗原则、核心问题的系列论述为指导思想,认真关注、合理把握相关外科治疗策略问题。Gallbladder stone is a common and multiple benign disease which is harmful to human health. It is an important public health problem. The author puts forward the guideline of academician Huang Zhiqiang＇s pathology development, treatment principle and core problem of gallbladder stone, and pays great attention to the reasonable surgical treatment strategy.
