摘　　要：[目的]总结吕立江教授运用端提定位旋转扳法结合中药治疗寰枢关节半脱位的临床经验。[方法]通过阐述寰枢关节的解剖特点、寰枢关节半脱位发病的中西医病因病机,以及诊断要点和治疗步骤,对吕立江教授运用端提定位旋转扳法结合中药治疗寰枢关节半脱位的经验进行归纳、分析,最后举一病案佐证。[结果]吕立江教授从中医发病机理及解剖结构结合生物力学,对寰枢关节半脱位辨证求因、明晰机理,诊断过程中重视影像学及体征检查,治疗上强调"筋骨并治"原则。在理筋手法充分松解局部紧张的软组织后,采用端提定位旋转扳法精准复位,并配合中药治疗,同时传授患者颈椎保健操,治疗和锻炼结合,取得较好疗效。[结论]端提定位旋转扳法是针对寰枢关节半脱位的一种无创伤、无痛苦疗法,其操作简单,安全可靠,临床疗效显著,值得推广。[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of Professor LV Lijiang in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation by end lifting positioning and rotating manipulation in combination with traditional Chinese medicine. [Method] By elaborating anatomical characteristics of atlantoaxial joint, the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM and western medicine of atlantoaxial subluxation, as well as key diagnostic points and treatment steps, to sum up and analyze end lifting positioning and rotating manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation by Professor LV Lijiang, and take a medical case to support the perspective. [Results] By tracing the etiology by syndrome differentiation, Professor LV Lijiang understood the mechanism of atlantoaxial subluxation from TCM and western medicine,focused on imageology examination and physical check during the diagnosis, and emphasized the principle of treating the bones and muscles at the same time. After relaxing the tense muscles with the technique, adopted end lifting positioning and rotating manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine for precise treatment, as well as teaching cervical vertebra exercises, achieving a good curative effect. [Conclusion] It is noninvasive,safe,easy to operate and painless and effective to treat atlantoaxial subluxation with end lifting positioning and rotating manipulation, which is worthy of extensive application.
