摘  要:光轴稳定性是决定红外光学系统探测能力的重要指标,以往对光轴稳定性的校核过多地依赖装配和调试过程,在设计阶段缺乏有效的考核手段。以某红外光学系统为研究对象,提出了一种定位光轴敏感镜片和结构模态的方法,基于LOS方程建立光轴偏移量与镜面刚体位移之间的多点约束(MPC)方程,进而得到光轴随温度变化的偏移规律以及在随机振动载荷作用下的响应谱线。通过验证可知,所提方法对复杂光学系统的光轴稳定性设计有重要的借鉴意义。Optical axis stability is an important indicator of the detection capability of an infl'ared optical system. Due to axis relied too object of study, Based on LOS rigid-body the lack of effective means of evaluation at the design stage, the stability check of the optical much on the fitting and adjusting process formerly. 'Faking an infrared optical system as the we proposed a method to locate sensitive mirrors and structural modes for the optical axis. equations, the Muhi-Point Constraint (MPC) equation between the optical-axis offset and lacement of mirror surfaces is constructed. And the offset law of the optical axis changing with the temperature and its response spectrum under the effects of random vibration are obtained. The method presented has great significance fi)r the stability design of the optical axis for complex optical systems.
