摘 要:在整车开发前期对汽车零部件进行仿真分析,能够缩短整车开发周期,是现在汽车设计发展的趋势。为提高有限元仿真分析精度,基于整车耐久试验路况制定了动力总成悬置支架的强度分析工况,并根据悬置支架与周边件的实际装配关系建立能够准确反映悬置支架受力的有限元模型。根据有限元仿真分析结果,对动力总成悬置支架进行了结构优化。结构优化后,悬置支架的应力水平明显降低,并通过应力采集试验验证了有限元仿真分析结果的准确性。The simulation analysis of automobile parts can reduce the development period, which is the development direction for aulomobile design at present. To improve the simulation precision of the powertrain mount strength , the finite analysis subc'ases were determined based on the acceleration of durability road case, and the finite simulation model was built according the real assemble condition, which could reflect the real force condition of the powertrain mount. The structure optimization was eonducted on the basis of strength analysis. After optimization, lhe maximum stress decreased slgnifieantly compared with that of prior structure. And last, the simulation precision was verified through the stress acquisition test.
