宝钢高炉长寿生产实践与探讨

摘　　要：在宝钢高炉生产30多年的过程中,既有2号高炉(1代)一代炉龄15年2个月和3号高炉(1代)一代炉龄18年11个月的长寿佳绩,也有4号高炉(1代)因炉缸原因仅生产9年4个月就停炉进行大修的实例。通过对宝钢4座高炉炉身、炉缸设计的演变过程和长寿维护实践的分析,重点对2号高炉大修改造的炉体冷却形式、炉缸配置、设计施工,以及操作维护进行了探讨。认为高炉长寿是一项系统工程,初始于高炉设计、关键部位耐材质量和施工质量,重在合理的日常操作和稳定的炉况,以及长寿管理制度的具体落实。Over 30 year production, Baosteel＇s BF achieved good performance of one generation long campaign, e.g. fifteen years and two months for No. 2 BF, and eighteen years and eleven months for No. 3 BF, but also experienced only nine years and four months campaign in No. 4 BF due to the problem of the hearth. The paper studies the furnace body cooling mode a- dopted in No. 2 BF revamping, the furnace hearth configuration, design, construction, operation and maintenance are dis- cussed by analyzing the design evolution of furnace stack and hearth, and long campaign maintaining practice in four blast furnaces. As a conclusion, BF long campaign is a systematic engineering, starting from BF design, quality control of refrac- tory material at critical portion and construction until rational daily operation, stable furnace status and long campaign management system.
