摘 要:结合炉缸炉底内衬结构特点,对柳钢5号高炉碳复合砖内衬结构(第3代炉役)和传统内衬结构(第2代炉役)的生产状况和炉缸寿命进行调研分析。碳复合砖内衬结构在高炉生产波动较大、原燃料质量稳定性较差的条件下,炉缸热电偶温度长期维持在相对稳定水平,炉缸侧壁碳复合砖几乎没有被侵蚀。5号高炉生产实践表明,采用碳复合砖内衬结构显现出一定的优越性,不必因炉缸的安全问题而休风减产,也不必采用特殊的护炉手段增加额外的维护成本,因而,碳复合砖内衬是新一代长寿高炉炉缸炉底的优选材料。The operation status of composite carbon brick liner structure (3rd generation of BF campaign) and the conventional liner structure (2nd generation of BF campaign) of Liuzhou Steel's No. 5 BF, and the service life of the BF hearth are investigated and analyzed considering the characteristics of the BF hearth and bottom liner structure. The thermal couple of the hearth keeps at relative stable temperature for a long time and composite carbon bricks of hearth wall are almost not eroded even under the conditions that the composite brick liner structure suffers great BF production variation and unstable quali- ty of raw material and fuel. The production practice of No. 5 BF shows that composite carbon brick liner structure offers obvi- ous advantages: it is not necessary to blow-down the furnace or reduce the production output for the sake of hearth safety, and not necessary to increase the maintenance cost due to taking special furnace protection measures. Therefore, composite carbon brick liner is the preferred material for the new generation of long campaign BF hearth and bottom.
