胃肠舒片促进胃肠运动的有效部位筛选研究

摘　　要：目的筛选胃肠舒片促进胃肠运动的主要有效部位。方法根据胃肠舒片的配伍特点,通过观察胃肠舒片与正常组大鼠胃排空、小肠推进的影响,筛选胃肠舒片促进胃肠运动的有效部位和活性部位。结果胃肠舒片经提取得到A、B、a、b、c、d、e、f等8个有效部位,实验表明B、a、b、d、f组有促进正常大鼠小肠推进的作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组对促进胃排空效果不明显,无统计学意义。结论胃肠舒片有调节胃肠运动的作用,其有效部位为B、a、b、d、f五部分。Objective To screen the active fractions that were able to promote gastrointestinal motility in Weichangshu pills.Methods According to the characteristics of compatibility of Weichangshu pills,we first at all observed the effect of weichangshu pills on gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion in normal rats. Screening of the effective parts and active site of Weichangshu pills what promote gastrointestinal movement. Results Extracting from weichangshu pills,we can get effective parts of A,B,a,b,c,d,e,f. Its B,a,b,d、f groups could promote gastric emptying of normal rats. Its f groups could promote small intestine propulsion of normal rats. Conclusion Weichangshu pills could promote gastric emptying in normal rats. Part B,a,b,d,f are the main effective part of Weichangshu pills.
