多指标综合评价广西不同产地鸡骨草药材的质量

摘　　要：目的基于多指标法用于广西不同产地鸡骨草药材质量的综合评价。方法采用UV法测定醇提液中总黄酮和总皂苷的含量及对DPPH自由基的清除率,采用HPLC法测定相思子碱、下箴刺桐碱的含量,并结合相关性分析法和主成分分析法进行分析。结果总黄酮、总皂苷、相思子碱和下箴刺桐碱含量呈显著相关性;贵港产地的鸡骨草质量最优,其次为广西玉林。结论基于多指标结合主成分分析法能够客观评价不同产地鸡骨草药材的质量,为鸡骨草的质量控制和开发利用提供一定的理论依据。Objective Comprehensive evaluation quality of Abrus cantoniensis Hance from different habitats in Guangxi based on multi-index method. Methods UV method was used to determine the level of total flavonoids and total saponins and the effects on DPPH radical scavenging of Abrus cantoniensis Hance alcohol extract. The contents of abrine and hypaphorine were measured by HPLC,Combining with correlation analysis and principal component analysis（ PCA） for comprehensive evaluation. Results Correlation analysis showed that total flavonoids,total saponins,abrine and hypaphorine had significant correlation with each other. Comprehensive PCA indicated that the quality of Abrus cantoniensis Hance of Guigang topped the list,followed by Yulin. Conclusion The established multi-index evaluation method based on PCA was an objective assessment of the quality of Abrus cantoniensis Hance from different habitats,providing certain theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Abrus cantoniensis Hance.
