摘 要:目的建立一测多评法同步测定熟三七中7种皂苷类成分含量,并验证其在熟三七质量评价及控制中的应用价值。方法以人参皂苷Rg_1为内参物,建立其与三七皂苷R_1、人参皂苷Re、Rb_1、Rd、Rk_3及Rh_4的相对校正因子,再根据校正因子分别计算各皂苷成分的含量,实现一测多评;并与外标法测定的含量数据进行比较。结果 10批熟三七中7种皂苷类成分两种方法测定结果无显著差异。结论建立的一测多评法使用一个对照品可同时测定熟三七中7种皂苷类成分的含量,为熟三七多指标质量评价及控制提供了参考方法。Objective To develop a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker( QAMS) method for simultaneous determination of seven saponins in steamed Panax notoginseng by using one reference substance,and determine the application value of QAMS in the quality control of steamed Panax notoginseng. Methods Notoginsenoside R1,Ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1,Rd,Rk3 and Rh4 were selected as analytes to evaluate the quality of steamed Panax notoginseng. With Ginsenoside Rg1 as internal reference standard,the relative correction factors( RCF) of the other six saponins to Ginsenoside Rg1 were calculated within certain ranges. The contents of Ginsenoside Rg1 in the samples of steamed Panax notoginseng were determined by using the external standard method( ESM),and the contents of the six other ingredients were calculated by their RCFs. The quantitative results between ESM and QAMS method were compared. Results No significant differences were observed between the quantitative results of these two methods. Conclusion The method is suitable and feasible to simultaneously determinate the contents of seven saponins in steamed Panax notoginseng,and provide a reference for the multi-index quality control of steamed Panax notoginseng.
