HPLC-DAD法在抗菌消炎片鉴别方面的质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的建立抗菌消炎片的HPLC-DAD定性鉴别方法。方法采用高效液相色谱技术,通过与对照药材谱图相比较,进行色谱峰的归属,建立抗菌消炎片中大黄、黄芩、金银花和知母的液相鉴别方法。结果抗菌消炎片中存在与大黄、黄芩、金银花和知母对照药材相应的色谱峰,可以实现上述药材的定性鉴别。结论该方法环保、高效,重现性好,可用于抗菌消炎片的定性质量控制。Objective To establish the HPLC-DAD qualitative method of Kangjunxiaoyan tablets. Methods HPLC-DAD method was adopted and liquid chromatography analysis conditions were established by comparing the spectra of control medicinal herbs and reference materials,the source and attribution of chromatographic peaks were studied. Results There were corresponding peaks between the reference drug substances and Kangjunxiaoyan tablets; it can be used to distinguish the above medical materials. Conclusion The method is environmentally friendly,efficient and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Kangjunxiaoyan tablets.
