摘  要:目的比较不同产地麻黄药材的HPLC特征图谱,为科学评价和有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法采用HPLC法建立麻黄特征图谱;色谱条件:色谱柱为Gemini C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行洗脱,柱温25°C,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长210nm。结果初步建立的麻黄药材的特征图谱,共标定了6个共有峰,并指认出3个,不同种类麻黄药材中的盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量明显不同。结论采用HPLC法建立麻黄药材的特征图谱,操作简单,选择性高,分离效果好,可用于麻黄药材的质量控制。Objective To compare to the HPLC specific chromatograms of different species Herba Ephedrae,so as to provide a reliable method for scientific evaluation and effective quality control of medicinal material. Methods The HPLC method was used to establish the specific chromatogram. The HPLC analysis was performed on a Gemini C_(18)( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2% H_3PO_4. The flow rate was 0. 8 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The specific chromatogram of Herba Ephedrae was established,and 6 common peaks were indicated and 3 peaks were indicated. The content of different types of Herba Ephedra in ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were significantly different. Conclusion The HPLC method was precise,stable and reproducible. These established methods are practical and suitable for the quality control of Herba Ephedrae.
