中医病证结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有效性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价中医病证结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法将60例IBS-D患者按2∶1∶1随机分为3组。试验组(30例)按中医辩证分型,给予相应的中药颗粒剂和马来酸曲美布汀胶囊模拟药;对照组1(15例)给予中药颗粒模拟药和马来酸曲美布汀胶囊模拟药;对照组2(15例)给予中药颗粒模拟药和马来酸曲美布汀胶囊。疗程8周。结果试验组总有效率达79.31%,对照组1为33.33%,对照组2为71.43%,试验组和对照组2的总体疗效优于对照组1(P<0.01)。试验组和对照组2患者的治疗前后生存质量量表积分比较差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示此两组治疗对患者的生存质量提高均有一定效果。试验组的8周复发率明显低于对照组2(P<0.05)。结论中医病证结合治疗IBS-D具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of TCM differentiating treatment on the irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea（ IBS-D）. Methods Sixty patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into three groups. The experimental group（ 30 cases） was given Chinese medicine granule and trimebutine maleate capsules analog drugs,and the control group 1（ 15 cases） was given Chinese medicine granule analog drugs and trimebutine maleate capsules analog drugs,while the control group 2（ 15 cases）was given trimebutine maleate capsules along with Chinese medicine granule analog drugs. The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Results The overall effective rate of the experimental group was 79. 31%,and the rate of control group 1 was 33. 33%,while control group 2 was 71. 43%. There was significant difference between the experimental group,the control group 2 and the control group 1（ P〈0. 01）. The quality-of-life scale of the experimental group and the control group 2 showed remarkable difference before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,suggesting that the quality of life of these patients were obviously improved. The relapse rate of the experimental group is evidently lower than that of the control group 2（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of TCM differentiating on IBS-D have a certain therapeutic effect.
