摘　　要：表观遗传学是研究在DNA序列没有发生改变的情况下表型或基因表达的遗传变化,强调基因和环境相互作用,已成为生命科学中普遍关注的前沿领域。文章综述了表观遗传学在中医药研究中的应用,探讨了表观遗传学与中医药应用及研究的相似点,提出两者的有机融合是未来中医药与现代医学结合的重要途径,可以互为促进发展,也将形成新的中医药研究模式。Epigenetics is the study of inherited changes in phenotype or gene expression caused by mechanisms other than changes in the underlying DNA sequence,and it has become a frontier of life science. This paper analyzes the application of epigenetics in the study of traditional Chinese medicine,and discusses the application similarities of epigenetics and the research of TCM.Putting forward the organic integration is an important approach to the future of TCM and modern medicine and can be mutually promoting development and will also form a new research model of Chinese medicine.
