摘 要:通过分析聚硫密封剂的化学成分、硫化机制以及硫化后橡胶的分子结构,优选出相对最佳的亲电试剂与聚硫橡胶溶剂进行复配;然后分别探讨了复合溶剂对不同密封剂溶解性能的影响,从而优选出溶剂的溶解效率与溶解时间的关系,分析出溶解过程中橡胶的力学性能与溶解率之间的内在联系,确定了降解剂的制备方法。研究结果表明:二巯基苯并噻唑络合物溶剂与碳正离子亲电试剂进行复配,可制得室温快速降解聚硫橡胶的降解剂;该降解剂可迅速作用于聚硫橡胶的交联点,使交联点化学键发生断裂;当w(降解剂)=7%(相对于二巯基苯并噻唑络合物溶剂质量而言)时,其对聚硫密封剂的降解效率明显提高。Through analyzing chemical composition and curing mechanism of thiokol sealant, as well as molecular structure of cured rubber, the relatively best electrophilic reagent was preferred, and it and the thiokol solvent were blended. Then, the influences of the compound solvent on the dissolved properties of different sealants were respectively discussed, so the relation between dissolving efficiency and dissolving time of solvent was preferred, and the internal relation between mechanical properties and dissolution rate of rubber was analyzed in dissolving process, so the preparation method of degradation agent was determined. The research results showed that the degradation agent for rapidly decomposing thiokol can be prepared at room temperature when the dimercapto benzothiazole clathrate solvent and the carbon-cation electrophilic reagent were blended. The crosslinking junctions of thiokol could be rapidly acted by degradation agent, and the chemical bonds in crosslinking junctions could be fractured. The efficiency of degradation agent in dissolving thiokol sealant was obviously improved when mass fraction of degradation agent was 7% in dimercapto benzothiazole clathrate solvent.
