摘  要:随着现代建筑业的飞速发展,液压爬模体系因具备自爬能力,具有效率高、经济性好等诸多优点,在超高层建筑施工顶升设备中占据主导地位。其中,钢平台模架体系顶升液压系统又是设备关键部分。针对模架体系体积大、质量大、惯性大的特点,设计顶升液压系统时采用电液比例技术和PID控制技术的有机结合,有效保证了整个系统的可靠性和安全性。With the rapid development of modern construction industry,hydraulic climbing formwork system has many advantages,such as high efficiency,good economy and so on,which occupies the leading position in construction of super high-rise building.Among them,the steel platform formwork system lifting hydraulic system is the key part of the equipment. Due to the large volume,large weight,large inertia of the formwork system,electro-hydraulic proportional technology and PID control technology were adopted in the top lift hydraulic system design. The reliability and safety of the whole system are ensured effectively.
