摘  要:文章提出一种双回不共端长距离输电线路零序参数测量方法。考虑分布效应和线路参数的不均匀性,建立双回不共端长距离线路的零序模型,推导线路的传输线方程。基于全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS),同步测量各线路两端的电压和电流,计算得到双回不共端线路的端口特性矩阵。根据端口特性方程同时求解包括零序电阻、零序电感和零序电容在内的12个零序参数。针对实测中存在的系统白噪声和感应电压干扰,提出使用TLS-ESPRIT(total least square-estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance technique)法抑制系统白噪声和短时阶梯零序电源注入抑制感应电压的综合抗干扰方法。利用PSCAD软件对文中方法和传统方法进行对比仿真。仿真结果表明,传统方法没有考虑线路参数的非均匀性,并且受分布效应影响很大,测量误差随线路长度增加显著增大,而文中方法克服了分布效应和线路参数不均匀的影响,能适用于双回不共端长距离输电线路。基于文中方法的综合抗干扰方法能有效抑制系统白噪声和感应电压的干扰,测量精度满足工程测量要求。A new approach to measure the zero sequence parameters of double-circuit long distance transmission lines without common terminals was put forward. Considering the distribution effect and nonuniformity of the lines, a zero sequence line 'model Was established and the related transmission line equations were derived. Based on global positioning system (GPS) technology, the voltages and currents were synchronous measured at two terminals of the lines and the port characteristic matrix was computed. The solution of the port characteristic equations was solved and twelve zero sequence parameter including zero sequence resistance, zero sequence inductance and zero sequence capacitance were obtained. To deal with the interferences of system white noise and induced voltage in field measurement, a comprehensive anti-interference method was proposed. TLS-ESPRIT algorithm and short time zero sequence step supply, injection are employed to suppress the interferences. PSCAD simulation experiments are carried out to compare the proposed method and the conventional method. The simulation results show that the conventional method doesn't consider the nonuniformity of lines and is easily affected by distribution effect. The measurement errors of the conventional method increase with the increase of line length. While the proposed method considers the nonuniformity of lines and overcomes the influence of distribution effect and can be applied to long distance double-circuit transmission lines without common terminals. Moreover, the comprehensive anti-interference measure based on the proposed method can effectively eliminate the system white noise and induced voltage interferences, the measurement" accuracy can satisfy the requirement of engineering measurement.
