摘 要:采用混凝烧杯实验,以脱色率为考察指标,研究了系列化阳离子絮凝剂P(DMC-AM)对活性染料废水的絮凝脱色效果和机理。结果表明:P(DMC-AM)阳离子度越大、特征黏度越高、活性染料分子中所含磺酸基数越多,絮凝脱色效果越好,并具有一定耐酸耐盐性。P(DMC-AM)絮凝脱色机理主要为电中和和吸附架桥。实验证明,P(DMC-AM)对活性染料废水具有良好处理效果。The flocculation decolorization effects and mechanisms of serial cationic flocculant P(DMC-AM)on re-active dye wastewater have been investigated using coagulation beaker experiments and decolorization rate as inves-tigating indexes. The results show that the greater the cationic degree,the higher the intrinsic viscosity of P(DMC-AM),or the more the number of sulfonic acid groups contained in the reactive dye molecules,the better the floccula-tion decolorization effects of P(DMC-AM). And P(DMC-AM)has certain acid endurance and salt endurance. Theflocculation decolorization mechanisms of P(DMC-AM)are mainly charge neutrality and adsorption bridge. The ex-periments prove that P(DMC-AM)has good treatment effects on the reactive dye wastewater.
