摘  要:河南某焦化厂污水处理站采用预处理—生化—混凝沉淀常规处理工艺,出水水质差,影响后续回用单元处理效果。在原有废水处理设施基础上,工程改造在预处理单元增加污泥吸附,并在曝气池投加活性焦粉吸附剂,形成活性焦吸附与生化处理耦合工艺,提高生化处理效果。增加活性焦吸附深度处理单元,对混凝沉淀池出水进行进一步吸附处理,确保最终出水COD达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171—2012)。The conventional treatment process:pretreatment-biochemistry-coagulation precipitation used to beused by the wastewater treatment station of a coking plant in Henan,China. Its effluent water quality was poor,af-fecting the treatment effect of subsequent recycling unit. On the basis of the original wastewater treatment equip-ment,the project modification has been implemented by means of adding sludge adsorption to the pretreatmentunit,and dosing activated coke powder adsorbent to the aeration tank,so as to form activated coke adsorption andbiochemical treatment coupling technology and improve the biochemical treatment effect. Further adsorption treat-ment has been accomplished for the effluent from coagulation precipitation tank by the addition of activated coke ad-sorption advanced treatment unit,ensuring that the final effluent COD reaches the Pollutant Discharge Standard forCoking Chemical Industry(GB 16171—2012)
