摘　　要：以中国各省份2003~2013年的面板数据以及基于半参数面板空间滞后模型,对外国直接投资对中国技术创新的影响进行实证研究。研究结果表明,外商直接投资(FDI)较低时对技术创新有扼制作用,当FDI较高时对技术创新有促进作用;当FDI的对数值超过门槛值6时,FDI的增加对技术创新有明显的促进作用。Based on the panel data from 2003 to 2013 of Chinese provinces and the semi parametric panel spatial lag model, the impact of FDI on technological innovation in China is empirically studied. Results show that when the empirical analysis of the technological advances have lower curb the role of foreign direct investment, while higher foreign direct investment on technological innovation can promote. The empirical results show that foreign direct investment value exceeds the threshold value of 6, to increase foreign direct investment in technology has a significant role in promoting progress.
