摘 要:假设政府通过征收碳税对企业进行监管,制造商通过收取授权费将再制造整个运作授权给第三方,或者通过支付外包费仅把废旧品回收和再制造品生产外包给第三方。首先在碳税给定情况下,建立了授权和外包模式下制造商和第三方的生产和定价决策模型,然后以社会福利最大化为目标,构建了政府的碳税决策模型,最后通过数值算例分析了再制造品的碳减排能力和受欢迎程度对最优决策以及目标函数值的影响,验证了构建的模型。This paper assumes that the government supervises enterprises by collecting carbon tax. The manufacturer authorizes the whole remanufacturing operation to the third - party by charging patent license fee, or only outsources recovery and the remanufacturing production to the third - party by paying outsourcing fee. Given the carbon tax, this paper firstly sets up the production and pricing decision models for the manufacturer and the third -party under authorization and outsourcing modes. And then it builds the carbon tax decision models for the government to maximize its social welfare. Finally, it validates the models and analyzes the impacts of the carbon emission reduction capability and popularity of the remanufactured products on the optimal decisions and objective functions by conducting numerical examples.
