摘  要:目的:通过动物实验了解蒙药枸杞子-7体内代谢过程,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:本实验以小鼠的研究对象,以枸杞子-7为示例药物,每天灌胃1次,连续灌胃给药10d,提取微粒体,以酶标仪测定其P4503A和GSH-Px活性。结果:与正常对照组相比,蒙药枸杞子-7大、中、小剂量组肝脏组织中的GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.05),枸杞子-7中剂量组P4503A活性明显上调(P<0.05)。结论:初步认为蒙药枸杞子-7可能是GSH-Px抑制剂;枸杞子-7体内代谢与P4503A有关。Objective To understand the metabolic processes of Mongolian medicine medlar - 7 through animal experiments, and to provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: In this study, the mice were treated with medlar - 7 as an example. The rats were given intragastric administration once a day for 10 days. Microsomes were extracted and their Pg503A and GSH - px activity were determined by microplate reader. Re- suits : Compared with the normal control group, the activity of GSH - px in the hepatic tissue of the medium, me- dium and small dose group significantly decreased, and the activity of P4503A in the medium dose group was sig- nificantly up - regulated ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: It is suggested that the medlar - 7 May be a GSH - px in- hibitor, the metabolism of medlar-7 is related to P4503A .
