摘 要:目的:观察参竹精片对肾阴虚小鼠的抗疲劳及耐缺氧作用。方法:选择昆明小鼠,采用利血平15μg/只+甲状腺素25μg/只,ig,1次/d,连续7d,复制肾阴虚小鼠模型,以参竹精片0.5g/kg、0.25g/kg、0.125 g/kg3个剂量灌胃治疗,1次/d,连续7d,同时设正常对照组、模型对照组,灌胃给予等量生理盐水。治疗结束后,分别观察小鼠的力竭游泳时间及耐缺氧存活时间。结果:参竹精片0.5g/kg、0.25g/kg、0.125 g/kg3个剂量均能延长肾阴虚小鼠的力竭游泳时间(P﹤0.01),0.5g/kg、0.25g/kg剂量能延长耐缺氧存活时间。结论:参竹精片具有抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用,可增强体能,用于肾虚体弱的治疗。Objective:To explore the effect of Shenzujing tablets on anti- fatigue and bearing hypoxia in mice with kidney yin - deficiency. Methods : Reserpine ( 15 μg/mouse) and thyroxin ( 25 μg/mouse ) were administrated consecutively 7 days for modeling mice with kidney yin - deficiency. The 60 modeling mice were randomly divid- ed into model group, Liuwei Dihuang Pills group, Shenzujing tablets dosage group (0.5g · kg^-1,0.25g· kg^-1, 0. 125g · kg^-1). After orally administrated for 7 days consecutively,the normal group and model group were ad- ministrated equal amount of physiological saline . Exhaustive swimming time and the survival time of hypoxia were examined respectively to evaluate the effect of Shenzujing tablets in mice. Results: Shenzujing tablets(0.5g · kg^-1 ,0.25g · kg^-1 ,0. 125g · kg^-1) could significantly extend the swimming time (P 〈 0.01 ) ,and lengthen the survival time of oxygen deficit ? in 0.5g · kg^-1 and 0.25g· kg^-1 groups. Conclusions: Shenzujing tablets possess the effect of anti - fatigue and hypoxia tolerance?. Moreover, Shenzujing tablets might be a treatment for Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome.
